We work collaboratively with participants, families, Support Coordinators, and allied health partners to deliver supports that are safe, accountable, and focused on long-term wellbeing.
In-Home Individual Support
Our in-home supports are designed to help participants feel safe, supported, and empowered within their everyday environment.
We provide tailored one-on-one assistance that can include:
Daily living support
Routine building and structure
Assistance attending appointments
Meal preparation and cooking support
Emotional support and wellbeing check-ins
Skill development within the home

Community Access
Community access supports are focused on helping participants engage meaningfully with the world around them.
Whether it’s building confidence in social settings, exploring hobbies, increasing independence, or simply getting out and about, our supports are tailored to each individual’s goals and interests.
Community access may include:
Attending social and recreational activities
Exploring local community events
Visiting cafés, markets, libraries, or shops
Developing confidence using public transport
Support attending the gym or physical activities
Building social skills and community participation
Working toward independence goals
Developing routines outside the home

Counselling
Beyond Daily Life offers professional counselling supports delivered in a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental environment.
Our counselling approach is grounded in empathy, evidence-based practice, and person-centred care. We understand that life can be complex, and we aim to provide a space where individuals feel genuinely heard and supported.
Our counselling supports focus on helping individuals build resilience, self-understanding, emotional coping strategies, and practical tools for everyday life.
Sessions are tailored to the individual and can be delivered in-person or via telehealth where appropriate.
